Services offered by Chrysalis
My aim in setting up Chrysalis Leadership Development is to work closely with individuals, groups and organisations to increase their resourcefulness; to help them to identify and remove barriers to success so that they become the best they can be.
The services I offer include

- group facilitation
- mediation
- leadership development programmes for leaders at all levels
- team development programmes
Each professional development programme is carefully constructed to meet the needs of the individual or group for whom it’s designed.
The more open you are about your needs, the more satisfied you will be with the outcome.
Your success is my success, so I will never accept a commission that I am ill-fitted to fulfil.
If I think I cannot help you, I will tell you and (if I can) recommend alternative provision.
I also want to provide excellent value for money: if requested, I will estimate the cost of different approaches so that you can judge what best meets your needs within the confines of your budget.
